Company Workspace

Request a new company workspace.

Use this path when your company is not active in Safety360Docs yet. The owner creates one account, submits the company request, waits for approval, and then returns to the same account to launch the workspace checklist.

Create the owner account

Use the future company owner email once. That same account becomes the workspace owner after approval.

Internal approval

Your internal admin reviews the company request and activates the company workspace.

Launch from Command Center

After approval, sign in with the same email and start from the dashboard checklist and Command Center.

Invite, add jobsites, and create documents

Use the first-run checklist to invite the team, add the first jobsite, and create the first document record.
